Chopping Pocket

Chop on it flat, then fold it. That is the whole idea. The board is a 15 by 12 in sheet of food grade PP, flexible enough to curl into a pocket once the work is done, which means the thing you cut on is also the thing you serve from. Fold the sides up and it holds chopped vegetables for tacos and tortillas at the table. The same fold makes it a funnel. Curl it into a chute and the ingredients go into the pot or the pan without the usual business of scraping a rigid board with the side of a knife and losing half of it on the counter. Flat, it stores like a sheet of paper, and it travels, which is why it suits picnics and parties as much as a kitchen. Two pieces per package, and both go in the dishwasher.
