The medium oil and vinegar bottle holds 8.5 oz in allergy-free borosilicate 3.3 glass, made in Germany. At 7.9" tall and 3.3" across the base it sits comfortably next to a stove or on a dining table without taking over. Non-porous glass means no odor holdover. That is what makes this bottle worth using for infusions rather than just for decanting: steep peppers, basil or rosemary in oil for weeks, then empty and wash the bottle and it comes back neutral. Nothing soaks into the walls and nothing transfers to the next batch. Heat resistant, dishwasher safe and microwaveable. Two hundred and fifty millilitres is a sensible amount of a good finishing oil, enough to use regularly and small enough to finish before it turns.

Borosilicate 3.3 allergy-free glass, made in Germany. Heat resistant. Dishwasher safe. Microwaveable. Wash between different oils or infusions. Borosilicate 3.3 does not react with vinegar, citrus or oil, so the glass will not corrode or cloud and nothing carries over between refills. The only substances that etch it are hydrofluoric acid, concentrated phosphoric acid and strong alkali above 212 F, which is laboratory territory rather than a kitchen counter.
