This is a matched sugar bowl and creamer in Trendglas borosilicate 3.3 glass, made in Germany. Both pieces hold 6.8 oz and both are built on the same low coupe shape, wide and shallow rather than tall. The creamer takes that shape and adds a handle and a drawn pour lip, so milk comes out in a controlled stream rather than a slop. The bowl stays open, which makes it easy to get a spoon in and out without knocking the rim. Set them side by side and they read as one object rather than two accessories that happen to match. Clear glass is practical here for a reason people do not always expect: you can see how much sugar is left and whether the cream has been sitting out. Both pieces are heat resistant, microwave safe and dishwasher safe.

Trendglas borosilicate 3.3 glass, made in Germany. Heat resistant. Microwave safe. Dishwasher safe. The glass is chemically inert, so lemon juice, vinegar, tomato and other acidic foods will not corrode or cloud it and no flavor carries over from one use to the next. Only hydrofluoric acid, concentrated phosphoric acid and strong alkali will etch borosilicate 3.3, and only above 212 F.
