Milk Frothing Pitcher Dot

This is the Dot milk frothing pitcher: the same 16.9 ounce glass jug with a wide base for tilting under a steam wand and a short spout for pouring, finished in the Dot pattern. The wide base is functional rather than decorative. Tilting the jug is how you get milk to circulate and the foam to fold back into itself instead of sitting on top as dry bubbles. The short spout then gives you the control to pour a latte or a cappuccino accurately. Because it is clear glass you can see the texture as it develops, which takes a lot of the guesswork out of steaming milk. It is heat resistant and microwave safe, and it measures 4 inches tall by 5.6 inches wide by 4.2 inches deep. Made in Germany.
