This is the full size bottle: 33 ounces, a liter, enough that most people refill it twice in a working day rather than six times. The glass is DURAN borosilicate, heat resistant, and free of lead, cadmium and other harmful or toxic substances, so nothing is migrating into the water while it sits on your desk. Markings run up the side to measure intake, which is the point for anyone actually counting. A molded grip zone on each face gives a full liter of glass somewhere secure to be held, and that is worth having at this weight. It stands 10 inches tall and 3.7 inches across, and closes with a leakproof white cap. Made in Germany.

DURAN borosilicate 3.3 glass body with a leakproof white plastic cap. Made in Germany. Rinse after use with anything other than water. Borosilicate 3.3 is chemically inert, so acidic drinks like hibiscus, lemon and rosehip do not attack the glass. It will not corrode, cloud or take on flavor from what you brewed in it yesterday. Only hydrofluoric acid, concentrated phosphoric acid and strong alkali will etch this glass, and only above 212 F, which is to say nothing that belongs in a kitchen.
