Materials & Care
Heat-resistant borosilicate 3.3 glass. Refrigerator, freezer, microwave and oven safe. Odorless, tasteless and non-toxic. The glass is chemically inert, so lemon juice, vinegar, tomato and other acidic foods will not corrode or cloud it and no flavor carries over from one use to the next. Only hydrofluoric acid, concentrated phosphoric acid and strong alkali will etch borosilicate 3.3, and only above 212 F.
