Horloge Hygro-Thermo

Wine ages according to where it is kept, and the two things that decide that are temperature and humidity. This gauge reads both, so you can see the state of the cellar at a glance rather than guessing whether the room has drifted over the summer. It is built from aluminum, synthetic material and glass, in a 9.8 in round case. There are two ways to site it: hang it from the wall mount, or fold out the connected easel stand and set it on a shelf. That makes it easy to move around while you work out where the cellar actually runs warm. It is a cellar instrument first, but there is nothing about it that confines it to the cellar; it reads a kitchen, a living room or a bedroom the same way. Indoor use only. Designed in Paris.
