The Ghemme Grand Crue is Legnoart's sommelier corkscrew in the dark wenge finish. Stainless steel body, dark wood handle, and the double hinge that gives the range its name. The double hinge is what a sommelier uses it for. Two lever positions mean a long cork comes out in two straight pulls rather than one strained one, and the cork arrives intact instead of crumbling halfway.
